Ceiling Diffusion and Final Filtration
Ceiling diffusion and final filtration systems decrease rework by eliminating the micron-size particles from the supply air that cause dirt-related rejects.
CDM
Highest quality Speritex 6/65 Ceiling Diffusion Media. A one-inch layer of scrim backed, fine polyester with a non-migrating tackifier throughout the filter. Available in panels, links, single layered pads, blankets, and rolls.
Applications include:
Industrial and Automotive final stage intake diffusion.
SFR
Two layers of polyester with an internal metal frame. The air-exiting side is made of ultra-fine fiber, entirely tackified with a scrim backing. Available in panels, links, single layered pads, blankets, and rolls.

Bag Filters
Available in 45%, 65%, 85% and 95% efficiencies with multiple pocket configurations and lengths. Options include gasketing, non-header applications, and loops on the pockets.

Pre-Filters and Air Intake
Pre-filter and air makeup systems are designed to filter the large airborne particulate which accumulate on fans and coils that prematurely clog final and ceiling diffusion filtration systems.
ST4 Panel
Two layers of polyester with an internal metal frame and a heavily applied wet tackifier on the air-leaving side. Available in panels and links.
Applications include:
Industrial and Automotive versatile supply-side filtration.
PT Panel
A multi-density, tackified front layer with a ¼" tackified air-exiting layer. The filters are constructed with the tackified layers inside. Designed for general pre-filter and air intake applications.

Industrial, Automotive, and HVAC supply-side filtration.
ME-4 Panel
Heavy Duty version of the ST4 Panel. Two layers of high-grade polyester with an internal metal frame and a heavily applied dry tackifier on the air-leaving side. Available in panels, links, single layered pads, blankets and rolls.

6MST
A standard grade, tackified polyester. Available in pads, blankets, bags and 90-foot rolls

Exhaust Filtration
Exhaust filtration efficiencies can affect the paint booth operation by impacting booth balance, booth maintenance, cleaning costs and the liability associated with paint deposits on adjacent properties.
EGA
A multi-layered polyester media, which is a cost effective alternative to fiberglass. Available in pads, blankets, and bags.
Applications include:
Automotive and Industrial high solid paints, water bornes, and sticky coatings.
Fiberglass
Standard fiberglass exhaust filter. Offered in 15 gram (2.5"), 17 gram (2.5"), 22 gram (2.5"), and 32 gram (4") - all with a polyester backing.

Automotive and Industrial inexpensive exhaust filtration for all finishes.
Paper Mesh
Expanded paper mesh exhaust filtration products. Offered in multiple layers and with a polyester backing. Available in pads, blankets, and rolls.

Andreae
2 layers of heavy kraft paper punched, pleated and glued together in an accordian style. Available size is 36"x30' and packaged 2 per bundle.

CPA
Paint overspray media composed of multi-layered, graduated density polyester.
1.2 oz. per square foot. Available in pads, blankets, rolls, panels and bags.

Aerospace 1st stage filter, Industrial high solid paint, water-borne coating, oil mist, stain, and high solids.
CG100 Bag
A three-stage polyester bag filter designed as a secondary system for paint overspray collection. The CG100 is designed with an extremely high efficiency and paint holding capacity and low resistance to airflow.

Aerospace optional 2nd stage filter, Industrial high solid paint overspray, water-borne coatings, and oil mist.
XFP 6000 Bag
A three-stage paint overspray system specifically designed for the collection of aerospace chromate coating overspray. Can also be easily adapted to older, two-stage paint finishing lines.
