Our state-of-the-art XFP-6000 Paint Overspray System is specifically created for the collection of aerospace chromate coating overspray, virtually eliminating dangerous chromium emissions up the stack. This three-stage system is also easily adapted to older, two-stage paint finishing lines. It exceeds E.P.A. Method 319 emission standards.

We are also excited to introduce the HEPA-XFP, exclusively designed to decrease or eliminate costs associated with HEPA required paint booth upgrades and reconstruction.

HEPA-XFP™

First Stage

The CPA pre-filter is a multi-layered polyester media constructed of lofted denier and heavier densified fiber. The air leaving side is inkjet printed for identification and proper installation.

Second Stage

The ME/PT pre-filter is constructed of two different layers of tackified polyester media, RF heat-sealed together. Additional face sealing secures the two layers. Each layer is constructed of a multi-layered, multi-density polyester with heavy, non-migrating tackifier on the air-leaving side.

Third Stage

The first patented HEPA level achieving filtration system designed for aerospace applications. The HEPA-XFP™ 6 Pocket Bag Filter is constructed using 2 plies of electrostatic medias. The first and second plies are a composite of melt blown and spun bound polyester fibers. The third, air leaving ply, is constructed of polypropylene and acrylic media.

ME Series: ME, ME4, ME/PT

ME is a universal media used for both air intake systems as well as overspray collection for dry or powder paints. ME air filtration media is manufactured with multi-layered polyester and tackifier. With high efficiency and dust-holding capacity, the ME makes an excellent pre-filter for higher efficiency systems, or for upgrading existing systems. ME media has exceptional results when used for dry and powder paint overspray collection. ME is often combined with other medias to create industry specific filters. The ME/PT is used for Aerospace applications and ME4 for air intake in all industries.

PT Series

Uses: Supply-side, air intake paint booth filtration

The PT filter has a multi-density, tackified front layer with a ¼" tackified air-exiting layer and internal metal frame. Designed for general pre-filter and air intake applications. With high efficiency and dust-holding capacity, the PT makes an excellent pre-filter for higher efficiency systems or for upgrading existing systems. The PT replaces 2" standard filters such as pleated panels and fiberglass.

The Wave media has a convoluted surface designed to create a maximum surface area of filtration with exceptional depth loading ability. This filtration media not only removes overspray from the spray booth’s exhaust air flow, the “Waves” capture and retain overspray within the media, reducing run-off.

The Wave has excellent paint removal efficiency to minimize particulate emissions. It accommodates all paints and a wide array of spray applications from clear coats to high solids and beyond.
